General conditions

• One coupon code per order. Codes cannot be combined with each other.
• Codes must be entered at checkout — we cannot apply a code to an order after it has been placed.
• Discounts apply to the product subtotal, before shipping and taxes.
• Every code has an expiry date and stops working the moment it passes.
• Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

The 10% welcome offer

The 10% first-order discount is for new customers, one use per person and per household, and applies to a single order. It cannot be used alongside another promotion or on products already discounted.

Free shipping threshold

Free Canada-wide delivery applies to qualifying orders over $250. The threshold is measured on the subtotal after any discount is applied and before taxes — so a coupon that brings your subtotal below $250 will also remove free shipping.

Exclusions

Unless a promotion says otherwise, discount codes do not apply to:

• Gift cards
• Products already reduced or marked as clearance
• Limited-edition and allocated releases
• Shipping charges and taxes
• Wholesale and trade orders

Coupons and returns

If you return part of an order that used a coupon, the refund is calculated on what you actually paid for the returned items after the discount — not the full list price. If a return brings the order below a promotion’s minimum spend, the value of that promotion may be deducted from the refund.

Misuse

We may cancel an order and void a code where a coupon has been shared publicly without our permission, used to place repeat orders that defeat a one-per-customer limit, or otherwise used in a way the promotion was not intended for.
