Information we collect

Information you give us

• Order details — name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number and the contents of your order
• Account details — if you create an account: your email, password (stored encrypted) and saved addresses
• Age confirmation — confirmation that you meet the legal age requirement, and any identification a carrier checks at delivery
• Messages — anything you send through our contact form, by email or by phone
• Marketing preferences — your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser and device type, and operating system
• Pages viewed, products viewed, and how you arrived at the site
• Cookie identifiers used to keep your cart and session working

We do not store your full payment card number. Card details are entered directly into our payment provider’s secure systems.

• To verify that customers meet the legal age requirement

• To send marketing emails, where you have asked to receive them

Who we share it with

No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affected your information we would notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

Age and children

This site is intended only for adults who meet the legal age requirement to purchase tobacco products in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be flagged on the site.
